• Opt-in Data: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Aggregated Data: Anonymized data may be retained and monetized indefinitely after account closure.

4. CCPA/CPRA & State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and other states with similar laws have the following rights:

• Right to Know/Access: Request disclosure of the personal information we collect, use, and sell.
• Right to Delete/Correct: Request that we delete or fix inaccurate personal information.

5. SMS/Mobile Data Retention

• Opt-in Records: Retained for the duration of your participation in the SMS program plus 2 years to ensure compliance with TCPA regulations.
• Transactional Data: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax obligations.
